HOW CAN I RETURN MY GOODS?
Refunds generated by returns are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be unused, have no stains or have been washed, contain all protective plastic labels still attached, that is, in the condition in which they were received and in their original packaging. If you wish to receive a refund, please note that we do not refund money, we only offer a credit note. Simply send your new item to us within 7 days of the delivery date. Keep in mind that products to which any type of discount has been applied are considered final sales and are not suitable for exchanges (only exchange for sizes) or money back.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY MERCHANDISE?
If you wish to make an exchange, simply send the item back to us within 7 days of the delivery date. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
